All of our panels now come etch primed with a weld through primer - no need to grind back the seams before welding.

The rear seam is formed with a 90 degree fold to allow it to butt up to the B pillar, and the front edge includes the correct joggled line to allow for the overlap with the arch panel.
Please note that the 'trapezium' shaped drainage hole in the centre lower edge is not included as this was only added originally to allow the E coating to drain from the sills when the bodyshells were dipped in the factory, so is not actually required. We do however recognise that some customers would like this for the sake of originality so we are currently working on press tooling to achieve this, although this will add slightly to the cost.
