PLEASE READ: These regulators take the later type of winder handle, as fitted from around 1988 onwards. The earlier type is no longer made, so if you have the early type handle then you will need to swap this for the later type. Other than the winder handle there is no difference in the regulator.
Early handles are smaller, with a rubber vinyl effect pattern, and had a chrome blank covering a nut which secures it to the spindle. (although the blank is usually missing after 30+ years!)
Later handles are slightly larger, made from hard plastic and just push onto the spindle.
