If you would like to return any part of your order then we offer a 30 day return window from the purchase date. If we have made a mistake with the order then we will make every effort to put things right, we will always try to exchange the item for the correct one, or where this is not possible, then we will offer a full refund including all postage costs.
If no error was made by us then we will happily offer a refund to the value of the parts returned, but we feel it's fair that you pay for all postage costs. Items that have been fitted or damaged will not be accepted. We much prefer to help you out and supply the correct parts every time, so we ask that you contact us if are unsure about anything before buying. We are very knowledgeable and can usually advise on most things.
Refurbished items which require the exchange of your old part (such as headlights) will be turned around as soon as possible. Some exchange items require the supply of your items first, before we will dispatch the reconditioned ones. Please read the item description or contact us for more information regarding these items.
