Items are mainly sent either through Royal Mail or DPD depending on size and weight. We offer free delivery with all orders within the UK. This is usually a standard delivery service, typically 2-3 working days but some larger or heavier items may be 3-5 days. Faster delivery methods are available at checkout. Sometimes a faster delivery method may in fact be the cheapest for a given size or weight of package, in which case this service may be used even if the free delivery option is chosen.

Occasionally there may be an issue with the shipping cost, in which we may require an extra amount to cover the full cost. This is mainly due to large or heavy items which on their own may be under the weight or size limits but several together may push the package over and incur extra charges. This situation is rare but if it does happen we will always contact you and discuss it, and offer the option to cancel your order if you choose.

If you place multiple separate orders with us then we will always try to combine shipping costs where possible and refund you the difference. However, once your first order has been packed then it is not always possible to add to it.

International orders are very welcome, with some countries automatically able to calculate shipping costs at checkout. If your country is not listed then please email us with your requirements and address for a shipping quote. International orders are usually sent with either DPD, DHL or UPS couriers.
